Vinyasa yoga focuses on the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five breaths. Expect a class with forward bending, twists, balancing and backbends. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm.
