She used to run finance for Disney.
Andrea spent years in corporate finance, Disney, Pepsi, Polaroid, across the United States and abroad.
2016
The stress started showing up in her body. She left, moved to Nosara, and completed a 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica the same year.
The discipline came with her. What changed was what it was for.
Now
She teaches weekly at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and Harmony Healing Center in Playa Guiones, takes privates around that, and leaves Nosara for about three months a year.
She teaches yoga and HIIT, which people find surprising until they take one of each. Strength work and stillness are not opposites; most practices are just bad at holding both.
