How it works
You book a time, you get a link. Every time on this site is already converted to your local clock, so there is no arithmetic and no missed class because someone forgot Costa Rica does not change its clocks.
Camera on is encouraged but not required. A live class where the teacher cannot see you is a video, and you can get a video anywhere.
What you need
A mat, a wall, and enough floor to lie down with your arms out. That is genuinely it. Andrea will improvise props out of what is in the room.
